Javanese Chicken Noodles

Tonight i cooked my favorite Javanese chicken noodles for my kids, i think it will be cool if i share the recipe to the blog, unfortunately i lost my digital camera so i can't take the delicious noodle picture for this post :(

Main Ingredient
200g plain noodles, brewed and mix with a little oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed, and then thinly sliced
250g chicken fillet make a little slice
100g mushrooms
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
salt and pepper to taste

Soup Ingredient
500g chicken bones
1L of water
2cm ginger
salt and pepper to taste

Lets do it
How to make:
Saute garlic until fragrant, put sliced chicken filled. Stir until the color changes, add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, soy sauce and soy sauce. Stir well, cook until done. Remove and set aside.

Boil chicken bone with ginger to the broth over medium heat for 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Put noodle on a bowl, pour a little broth, add 2 tablespoons sauted chicken and sprinkle chopped chives on top, serve with tomato and chili sauce.

My Hubby's Favourite Fried Meatball Soup

In this post i want to share one of my hubby's favorite food for dinner, Fried Meatball Soup.

Ingredients:
Meatball
200g fresh ground beef or 1 can 200g corned beef
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons flour

Sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 grains of onions, cut into 1/2 cm length
6 tablespoons soy sauce

Simple Preparation
Mix all of meatball ingredients, make ball shape with your desire size.
Fry meatballs until well browned, set aside, saute onion until soft, add soy sauce, put meatballs, stir well and serve.
